​Welcome to Riverside Farm,

 

Originally established in 1865 by Robert MacIntosh, Riverside Farm is a 92 acre heritage farm that overlooks the Ausable River and the rolling hillsides around it. The farm enjoys a 22 acre designated wildlife corridor that runs through its midst and serves as home to deer, turkeys, groundhogs and coyotes on occassion. Situated "around the corner" from Nairn Ontario, the farm sits exactly half way between London and Grand Bend Ontario.

 

Since 2010, Riverside Farm has been home to a growing herd of Rocky Mountain gaited horses. These beautiful animals have impressed many with their smooth gait, handsome looks and their soft, friendly temperment. We love that they are hardy and athletic; the perfect companions for trail riding and just enjoying.

 

We import and sell gaited trail horses from the Appalachian Mountains of Kentucky. In doing so we select sane minded, athletic, proven trail partners that allow us to enjoy the great outdoors with the best of companions; a good horse.
